Rates vary according to the date.

If you are a member of the STAR Society you get a discount on the conference fee.
Become a member for only 75€ (or 40€, if you are a student)! (click here)

All fees include value added tax.

Important note:

Registration for the congress is done by filling in the Registration Form.

You must put proof of payment (bank transfer or PayPal) on the form.

If you are a student and/or STAR member, you must also provide the respective proof.

Registration fees cover the following:

• Admission to each day of the conference*
• 3 Lunches (July 19th-21st)
• Coffee breaks (July 19th-21st)
• Conference tote bag with several documents, namely a hand program
• Admission to the conference welcome reception (July 19th)
• Official certificate of participation*
• Paper publication*

* Also, for participants remotely (online).

Important notes:

Authors of symposium, oral communications or posters must pay their registration fees before June 30th.

Please note that at least one author of a presentation must be registered by the deadline. If not, proposals will not be included in the scientific program.

The Organizing Committee appreciates that payment is made by bank transfer, whenever possible.

However, there is also the possibility of this being done by PayPal.
